What to expect from an assessment
When we visit your location for an assessment, we bring a wide range of analytical tools with us to help diagnose the issue quickly and effectively. These include instruments to measure temperature, relative humidity, surface moisture content, airborne particulate matter, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, sewer gas, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and building pressurization. We also use thermal imaging, and borescope video inspection tools when inspection of wall cavities and ductwork is necessary.
In specific cases, there may be a need for laboratory samples to be collected for further analysis. All samples are analyzed by accredited third-party laboratories.
We serve commercial, institutional and residential clients in Central Virginia, Washington D.C. and Maryland, including Charlottesville, Richmond, Culpeper, Fredericksburg, Harrisonburg, and Lynchburg.
